Let’s Begin . . .

I’ve decided to start a blog. Why now? I’m a teacher presently on summer break and I need something to exercise my brain. What better way to flex that thoughtful organ than riffing on topics important to me be it my photography, music, nature, my family, my joys and my frustrations and . . . really anything I’m feeling (but let’s be honest, a huge majority of this will be music related from live shows to thoughts on vinyl). Anyway, this will be a big work in progress and I will learn as I refamiliarize myself with this blog platform, but I hope you find it engaging and thought provoking. I promise I’ll try to stay away from politics. Happy summer, everyone! High Sierra Music Festival is in a week!
